Gewindestangen DIN 976-1 mit Linksgewinde (Festigkeit 8.8)

Variante mit Linksgewinde. Die grundlegende und am Markt am weitesten verbreitete Klasse im veredelten Zustand wird überall dort eingesetzt, wo niedrigere Festigkeitsklassen nicht mehr ausreichen. Geeignet für Verbindungen mit hoher Belastung, oft empfohlen für Reibverbindungen mit kontrolliertem Anzug. Aufgrund seiner Stärke kann es problemlos niedrigere Klassen ersetzen, wenn eine kleinere Größe verwendet wird. Gewährleistung der Kerbzähigkeit min. 27J bei -20°C. Die Festigkeitsklasse 8.8 kann in den meisten Fällen verzinkt werden. Durch die Möglichkeit der Feuerverzinkung wird die chemische Zusammensetzung eingeschränkt. Hergestellt aus Kohlenstoffstahl oder legiertem Stahl, gehärtet und angelassen.
